Practice with Me In Person

My mindful hatha yoga classes are slower paced, with a workshop-like feel at times and a liberal use of props. In addition to asana (physical poses), I often incorporate pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, mudra (hand gestures), and yogic philosophy. I am serious about yoga and yet playful in my teaching, and I view yoga as a practice both on and off the mat.
I strive to offer yoga for all bodies and abilities. I believe in the ABCs of accessible yoga as taught by Jivana Heyman: A) students have agency and the ability to adapt poses to their own bodies, B) students have the wisdom to determine their own boundaries or personal limits in each pose, and C) students and teacher collaborate to make the practice of benefit to each individual.

Can't make it to an in-person class with me? My YouTube channel offers Free Videos.
